Eli Black, a 12-year-old first-generation driver has demonstrated his racing skills in ten states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Pennsylvania.
Beginning his journey in Quarter Midgets within the NASCAR Youth Series, Eli has earned accolades as a championship titleholder and consistent podium finisher. His aspirations to compete full-time in NASCAR are fueled by admiration for his idol, Ryan Preece, which deepens his commitment to the competitive realm of auto racing.

On March 22, 2025 Eli was able to clinch his first Jr. Late Model race at Madera Speedway, after setting fast time had him starting on the Pole and kicking off the season by winning the season opener.

He has successfully wrapped up the 2025 season in the 51Fifty Jr Late Models at Madera Speedway in California, securing a commendable 2nd place in the championship standings. He approached the season with determination, confident that he had given his all. In addition to his experience in Quarter Midget racing, Black has also taken to the track in a Micro Sprint car across various venues in California and Arizona, gearing up for the upcoming 2025 Tulsa Shootout in December.
In an exciting new chapter, Eli has partnered with Joe Ryan Racecars in North Carolina to compete in the U.S. Legend Car Series. As a driver under Team Hornaday Development, he is actively building connections that will support his ascent in the world of auto racing.
